In order to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998: -

Your personal data supplied to the Clay Pigeon Shooting Association Ltd [CPSA] will only be used for the purpose for which it has been provided and any relevant procedures following on from this.  All data will be stored securely, maintained in accordance with the act and will not be passed on or sold to any other party without your prior approval unless there is a legal requirement (excluding the International Clay Target Shooting Council member associations (ICTSC)*).

* Should a member’s application to join or renew be declined by the CPSA, or a member is banned following appropriate disciplinary action, then the CPSA may inform the other member associations of the ICTSC to comply with the Amity Agreement that exists between them.

The CPSA also endeavours to avoid distributing any personal data that might reasonably be considered likely to cause the data subject damage or distress.

Information on the CPSA website that may fall under auspices of the Data Protection Act may be available to further the normal organisational functioning, management and interests of the association.
