2. Only current CPSA members are eligible to vote. We will only count votes where valid membership numbers, names and email addresses match our membership records.
3. Only one entry per CPSA member. If more than one entry is made, then only the first entry will be counted, and all others dismissed.

Your details (Name, CPSA Number, Email and Vote) will be processed to allow us to administer our annual awards voting process.
