2021 ICTSF World DTL Championships Postponed to 2022

coronavirus-covid-19

We regret to announce that the ICTSF World DTL Championships scheduled for 2021 (originally postponed from 2020) at Bywell Shooting Ground have been postponed again to 2022. The ICTSF and CPSA want to ensure that as many overseas visitors as possible can attend the event and make it a true and memorable world championship. The current outlook for the Coronavirus pandemic is too uncertain to ensure overseas travel will be possible and practical in 2021.

The DTL Weekend (Sponsored DTL, Dougall Memorial, and English Open DTL) will still go ahead from 11-13 June, and we will work hard to make it as great of an event as this year’s reinstated DTL Weekend was. Having safely run CPSA Championships throughout the latter half of 2020 under social-distancing conditions, we are confident that we can do the same in 2021.

This is in agreement with the ICTSF committee, and we thank ICTSF and Bywell Shooting Ground for working with us as we have continued to react to changing conditions. Please find ICTSF’s statement here.

Full refunds of all entry fees for both the 2021 DTL Weekend and ICTSF World DTL Championships will be made automatically. There is no need to call to request a refund.

Bookings for the 2021 DTL Weekend will then go live as usual on 1 February, 2021.

Please bear with us for up to 10 working days while we are processing such a large volume of refunds. Unfortunately we are not able to make refunds for Visitor Permits that have already been processed by the police authority.
