CPSA Events Executive

Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for delivering great events? We are looking for someone who is hard-working to join our team to oversee and co-ordinate a busy annual event calendar in the sports world.

We are looking for a dynamic and determined individual who can hit the ground running, getting involved with all aspects of sports life. Our events range from major exhibitions and shooting championships to our annual Awards Dinner.

Key responsibilities include:

· Manage the end-to-end process for all events within defined budgets such as the British Shooting Show, National Shooting Show, The Game Fair and CPSA Annual Awards.

· Responsible for all branding at our events and championships.

· Liaise with ‘Business Members & Partner Brands’, sponsors, and business’s both in shooting and outside of the sport, to create Trade Villages at CPSA Championships.

Who are we looking for:

· Extremely well-organised with the ability to multi-task – you’ll need to be able to juggle many projects or tasks at once.

· Experience of clay pigeon shooting would be an advantage but is not essential.

· Minimum 3 years' experience in event co-ordination, or event management.

· This is a full-time position, based at our CPSA HQ in Bisley, Surrey and includes working away from home and over weekends.

· Full driving licence required.
