Thank You and Farewell to Nicola Heron
This year, we say a fond farewell to Nicola Heron, one of our valued CPSA Directors, who has given incredible service to our sport over many decades. At our latest AGM, Nicola was rightly honoured with a Life Vice Presidency in recognition of her outstanding contributions.
Nicola has been a tireless competitor, coach, and advocate during her 18 years on the CPSA board. From earning England Caps in FITASC and Helice to winning World, European, and National titles, her achievements on the range are matched only by her dedication off it.
Nicola has played a key role across the CPSA and wider shooting community, serving on county, regional, and national boards, and as a CPSA Level 2 International Coach she has also given countless hours developing young talent. Her focus has always been clear – to protect shooting, support members, and encourage participation at every level.
Nicola, we cannot thank you enough for your commitment and enthusiasm for the sport. We wish you the very best for the future.
