Hereford and Worcester CPSA AGM
The Hereford and Worcester AGM will be held at around 3pm at the March Hare Inn, Broughton Hackett with a charity shoot at Park Farm before the AGM & meal (see below):
- The meal at the March Hare we have been informed this morning - we must be there and sat down to eat by 14:00 at the latest. The cost is £14.00 each and includes a small tip for the staff
- Last entries will be 11am so please ensure you leave time at the end your shooting to travel to the March Hare (see above) if you are joining for the meal, travel time is approximately 15 minutes
- If you are joining the meal please let us know and please pay in advance quoting reference "Surname/AGM" (acct details below)
- Park Farm are happy to take the £14.00 meal payment at the ground on shoot dates running up to the event
- Payments to be made by 8th February at the latest please, so that we can confirm numbers with the March Hare
