This weekend is the English & British Open Handicap By Distance DTL Championship at Nottingham & District Gun Club.
This DTL Championship gives every class of shooter the chance to win a national title.
DTL is normally shot from 16 yards but in this event your class determines how far you are from the trap house. C class shoot from 17 yards, B class from 19 yards, A class from 21 yards and AA from 23 yards.
All prize money goes into one pot and gets paid out in order of score – regardless of class as that has already been taken into account with the distance.
Saturday is the English Open & Sunday is the British Open, there are spaces left on each day and there is also 100 registered DTL at Nottingham Sporting Clays.
