england

England came home victorious from the 2019 English Sporting Home International, winning all Team events including the new Overall Team trophy. The targets, which were set by Jamie Peckham, were described by England Team Manager Richard Hunter as "near perfect and spot on". The weather was a bit breezy and cloudy, but no wet weather thankfully.

Dorian Evans from Wales took High Gun with a great score of 96, with Aidan Fogarty taking Runner Up with a 95. High Gun for England was Julian Morris with a 94. Ladies High Gun was won by Cheryl Hall on a 92, with Janine White of Wales taking Runner Up by just one target. Josh Bennion took Junior High Gun with a 93, Adrian Balham also shot 93 and took Veteran High Gun. John Wells, with a score of 88, took Super Veteran High Gun.

It was Sam Usher and Phillip Marks first time representing England and they both handled the occasion with ease. It was also Adrian Balham first time shooting for the Sporting team and he took home the Highest New Cap trophy.

Congratulations to all the England Team members, a great show all round!
