World Championships 2025 Day Five
Day Five brought another busy day of competition, with the first round of the third rotation of the World English Sporting underway, alongside Day Four of the World Sportrap, continued rounds of the Prelim, and the ongoing British Open Super Sporting.
In the World English Sporting, John Lee and Brett Winstanley remain out in front, with Martin Myers continuing to hold third place.
In the British Open Super Sporting, there’s now a tie for High Gun between Brett Winstanley and Brandon Powell, both sitting on 94 ex 100.
World Sportrap leaderboard positions remain unchanged today, with James Attwood, Henry Collins, and Pete Goldsmith holding steady at the top.
Well done also to Brett WInstanley and Cameron Hicks, tied on 94 for the Prelim. In the lead for 3 out of 4 events, Winstanley is having a terrific week of shooting so far here at the Worlds!
We’re now halfway through the week, with international teams still to shoot and some top shots yet to take to the course, High Gun is still very much all to play for!
