World English Sporting 2023 - Day Five
Day five started out with cool, overcast conditions with a fair bit of rain coming and going throughout the morning but once this cleared through, warm sunshine took over and definitely brightened spirits in the afternoon of the CPSA World English Sporting at E J Churchill Shooting Ground.
In the Prelim ESP, top scores of the day were 96ex100 from both Michael Hibbert and Graham Stirzaker but Christophe Auvret's 98 still holds the top spot!
In the Super Sporting, Richard Faulds scored a huge 96ex100 to knock Sam Green into the runner up spot today.
In the World Sportrap, top score of the day came from Chris Childerhouse with a superb 94x100 but Guy Franklin and Christophe Auvret still top the leader board with their tied scores of 96.
In the World Sporting, French shooter Charles Bardou and US shooter Derrick Mein top scored with 92ex100 and we shall have to wait until they have shot their second 100 targets tomorrow to see whether they will challenge Sam Green's total of 189!
