Licence Agreement

Clay Pigeon Shooting Association (“CPSA”) – Shoot – Licence Agreement

This licence applies to all versions of this software.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using or installing this software. Use of this software indicates your acceptance of this agreement ("Licence"). 

If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Licence, then do not install, copy, download, access or otherwise use this software, even for evaluation.

This is not free software.  However, subject to the terms below, licence to use the software is granted to authorised current CPSA officials and authorised individuals of current CPSA shooting Grounds or Clubs within the UK selected by the CPSA.  Any other use of this software without the written permission of CPSA is prohibited.

This software will provide secure access to personal information to administer registered shoots. The use of personal information is in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://www.cpsa.co.uk/dpp), on our website, which requires us to take care of the personal information for specific purposes. The Shooting Grounds or Clubs are responsible for ensuring the security of such personal data. 

All rights of any kind relating to this software whether expressly granted in this Licence or otherwise are entirely and exclusively reserved. You may not rent, lease, modify, translate, reverse engineer, de-compile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on this software, nor will you permit anyone else to do so. You may not make access to this software available to others in connection with a service bureau, application service provider, or similar business, nor permit anyone else to do so.

This software and any and all accompanying software, files, data and materials, are distributed and provided “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind.

In no event shall the CPSA be liable for any direct, indirect or incidental consequential damages whatsoever relating to the use of this software. The Licensee is entirely responsible for determining the fitness for purpose of the software.

This Licence constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this agreement and supersedes all other or prior understandings, purchase orders, agreements and arrangements (if any) between the parties and relating to the subject matter of this agreement and any representations or warranties previously given or made to it.

The laws of the United Kingdom shall govern this Licence and any disputes or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
