Kent & Sussex Clubman League 2017

Huge congratulations to Team Willow Farm who have retained their title as Kent & Sussex Clubman League Champions with a great overall series winning score of 2361 ex 2800 and to Runners Up Mill Farm who pushed them all the way finishing on 2276 ex 2800. Also many congratulations to Overall series High Gun Steve Simpson from Stonestiles and Runner Up James Smith from Willow Farm who both shot outstandingly throughout. Willow Farm SG – Saturday 6th May. Many congratulations to Willow Farm who took full home advantage to secure the highest team score (top 10) and to Danny Woods from Mill Farm & Steve Simpson from Stonestiles for their scores of 67 with handicaps applied.


Mill Farm CPC – Saturday 17th June. Many congratulations once again to Willow Farm for another strong performance  to take the team win and to Mill Farm's Dennis Purnell for his High Gun score of 63 ex 70. At the half way mark in the individual stakes, Stonestiles shooter Steve Simpson is just in the lead by one point with his handicap applied over Willow Farms Jack Smith. 


Stumbletts GC – Sunday 23rd July. ​Another impressive team win for Willow Farm scoring 525 ex 700 so congratulations to them and to Mill Farm's Steve Bradshaw who scored 58 ex 70 rising to 63 with his handicap applied. At the 3/4 stage, Willow Farm's Martin Funnell leads the way on 178 ex 210 just three in front of team mate James Smith and Stonestile's shooter Steve Simpson both on 175 ex 210 along with the chasing pack snapping at their heels so the final leg in the series is guaranteed to be a hard fought event!  


Stonestiles SG – Saturday 26th August. ​Well done to Stonestiles for an impressive home win scoring 659 ex 700 at the final fixture in this years series. It was a really enjoyable high scoring shoot and a great way to finish this year's competition. Stumbletts shooter Mick Mepham achieved the top raw score with 67 ex 70 but Willow Farm's Paul Barton achieved the maximum of 70 (raw score of 61) with his handicap applied so once again, well done to both. For the Full results  Click Here 


Willow Farm SG – Saturday 23rd September (Trophy Shoot). ​This will be a 100 target All Rounder with 50 ESP, 25 ESK & 25 STR (to be confirmed) with the trophy presentations to follow


Saturday 14th October Inter-Clubman superfinal between winners of Hampshire & Kent/Sussex Leagues at Southdown Gun Club  So the superfinal is now confirmed  and it's a repeat of last year with the Willow Farm Team from the K & S League up against Wallers Ash Gun Club from the Hants League. Can Willow Farm do the double or will Wallers Ash take the honours (and the trophy) this year! If anyone from any of the other teams would like to come along and shoot this 100 target layout then please feel free to join us. It's a great day out!!
