CPSA Annual Awards Nomination Form

Please submit your nominations today. You may nominate any CPSA member for any category, providing you feel they are a worthy contender.

The final closing date is: Midday on Thursday 30th November 2023.

You may put different nominations forward for multiple categories. You may also put forward different nominations for the same category. There is no limit to the number of nominations you submit, however, duplicate nominations from yourself will not be counted. May we remind you that the award contenders are selected on the strength of the nominations, not the number of nominations submitted.
