We are delighted to announce that the 2012 World Sporting will be on the weekend of the 4th and 5th of August.
Hosted by ‘The Clay Shooting Company’ in the Cotswolds near Cheltenham with other events including the World Sportrap, Prelim FITASC and Prelim Sporting between the 1st and 3rd of August. The events will all be held across a number of sites all in very close proximity, including an exciting new ‘green-field’ site for the World Sporting itself with targets set by Steve Lovatt.
The Championships will run from the 1st to the 5th of August 2012.
Entries are open now online, by telephone and by post. Those booking online will be able to choose their squads and see who they are shooting with while receiving instant email confirmation of booking.
The World Sporting Championships in 2012 will be hosted at Westfield Shooting Ground (Prelim Sporting), Windrush Shooting Ground (FITASC Sporting) and two Greenfield Sites named Sweetslade for the 200 Bird English World Sporting Championship and Camp Farm for the World Sportrap. Sweetslade has never been used for Clay Pigeon Shooting before, it is prime Game Shooting Ground with fantastic topography - it will never be used again after this event for clay pigeon shooting so don't miss this opportunity!
