As Membership Officer it is my task to deal with all Individual, Club and Trade memberships. This involves dealing with all payments once received, both for new applications and renewals, sending out reminders when due and sending out packs once the payments have been dealt with. Payments can be made by a number of methods, including cheques, cash, postal orders and direct debits, which is a process that is undertaken once a month.

I also deal with any written correspondence that is received in the office regarding memberships, for example change of addresses, and any telephone queries that are received.
