South West Region Director

I have served as South West Director for the past six years, and am eager to continue for a further term in order to build on the extensive experience and knowledge gained during this time.

I am fortunate that my work involves me in a daily contact with shooters of all abilities and aspirations, both CPSA and non-CPSA members. This offers me the opportunity to listen to your views on the many issues which currently influence our sport, and ensure they are communicated effectively back to the Board.

I have been actively involved in many aspects of clay shooting. This has included competing at local, national and international levels as well as serving on the Dorset County and South West regional committees for the last ten years. These positions, combined with the post of Regional Director, have demonstrated my commitment to ensure the future of the sport from which we have all gained so much pleasure.

What is clay shooting?

Clay pigeon shooting is the art of shooting at special flying targets, known as clay pigeons or clay targets, with a shotgun.
