Just to inform everyone it has been a really good weekend for Bucks Shooters
regarding ZZ Helice.
On the Saturday it was the final selection shoot for the GB Team for the
world championships in Argentina in Septemeber. I'm pleased to say I have
managed to gain a team place for this after a shoot off with five other
shooters.
On the Sunday the Bucks team shot the inter counties at invicta and we are
pleased to say that we were runners up after a hectic shoot off. We shot the
same team score as Sussex I think and that meant we had to nominate a person
to shoot off against a selected person from the other Team. It was left to
myself and Tim Woodhams too battle it out for the honours and after 12
frantic additional targets i'm afraid to say I dropped one leaving us in the
runners up position.
Good result still though and there's always next year!!!
